How do I edit my profile page?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. Next, click on the View Profile link in the login box.

3. On the My Profile Page, you can see what your profile will look like in the Member Directory by clicking the My Directory Profile link a the top of the page. 

4. Click the Edit Profile button at the top of the page to make changes to your contact information, artist statement and profile picture.

5. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

What do I do if my membership has lapsed but I want to become a current member of MNWCA?


Go to the Join/Renew Link at the top of this page and follow the directions.

 

How do I post a topic to the Discussions forum?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. On the Discussions page, select the forum that best fits your topic.

3. Click the Create Topic button.

4.  Enter the Specific Information/ Question/ Topic in the Subject field.

5. Post the longer description of the Topic in the Body section.

6. Click the Create button.

How do I register for an MNWCA Event/Exhibition?

1. Click on Events/ Exhibition Tab

2. Click on the Register button to the Left

3. You will be directed to a different screen to enter your email address, then click Next.

4. Select Member or Non-Member option and click next.

5. You will be directed to a screen to relevant any other relevent information and select the Pay Now button to pay through paypal.

6. Complete payment through Paypal.  You will receive a confirmation of your Registration and Payment.

How do I control my privacy?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. Next, click on the View Profile link in the login box.

3. On the My Profile Page, click the Privacy hyperlink at the top of the page.

4. On the Privacy page, click the Edit Profile button.

5. To completely remove your listing in the Member Directory, uncheck the Allow to Show Profile box.

6. To keep your listing, but limit what information is displayed, leave the Allow to Show Profile box checked, but change individual privacy settings in the Details to Show list. 

7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

How do I add a photo album to my profile page?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. Next, click on the View Profile link in the login box.

3. On the My Profile Page, click the Member Photo Albums hyperlink at the top of the page.

4. Click the Add Album button.

5. Enter a Title and a Description (optional). Click the Submit button.

6. Click the Upload Photos button. You can browse and upload 5 photos at a time. Maximum filesize is 25MB. Acceptable formats include jpg, gif, png, and tif. After browsing and selecting photos, click the Upload button.

7. After you create your album, you can edit it by clicking on the album title. The picture with a border is the cover for the album; to change, mouse over any picture and Set as Cover.

 

Member Photo Albums RGB/CMYK tips:

1. To determine an image's color space go to:  http://regex.info/exif.cgi

2. To convert an image from CMYK to the supported RGB color space, you can   use this free online tool: http://www.pixlr.com/editor/

3. Open your image and save it as .JPG - this will automatically save it in RGB color space.

How do I become a member?

1. Click on Join/Renew

2. Select which member level you would like: Contributing, Regular, or Student, click Next.

3. You will be asked to provide your email address and enter a security code and click Next.

4. This will bring you to the Membership Profile page to enter additional information and create your Member Profile.  Once complete, click Next.

5. You will then be asked to Review/ Confirm your Profile and Membership Level.  Once reviewed click Confirm and Proceed with Payment.

6. This will bring you to the payment page where you will have the option to Pay Online or mail a Check to:

7. You will receive a confirmation email providing you with a temporary password.  Once you log in for the first time you can change this to something that you will remember.

8.. As soon as you complete the application, your profile page will be listed in our Member Directory, but your membership will not be complete until we receive your membership fee. Note: If payment is not received within 30 days, your membership will be canceled.

How do I renew my membership online?

1. Log in using your email and password. (If your email is not recognized, you will need to Create new membership profile.)

2. Click View Profile.

3. Update your profile information and click the Renew button. Select which level of membership you would like and click Next.

4. This will bring you to the payment page where you will have the option to Pay Online or mail a Check to:

    Payable to MNWCA, mail to:

5. After your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.

 How Do I Search in the Member Directory?

1. For members, log in with your email address and password for more search functionality. 

2. Next, click on the Member Directory page.

3. Type some or all of a member's name or organization in the search box to quickly find their member profile or send them an email message.

4. Click Advanced Search to select from additional search criteria.

5. To return to Simple Search, click Simple Search at the bottom of the page.
