Have you been searching for ways to spice up your ceramic surfaces?  Are you intrigued by the possibilities of using printmaking techniques, but don't know where to start?  If you've ever been curious about merging prints and clay be sure to join us for a special MNWCA workshop with ceramic artist, Megan Mitchell

During this one day workshop, Megan will provide an introduction to silkscreening and relief printing methods for ceramic surfaces. We will learn how to print directly on a clay slab, and discuss transferring imagery from paper to thrown forms.  We will also explore the possibilities of transforming a flat slab into three dimensions using press molds. And the best part is, the class will focus on processes that can be done without access to a full printmaking studio!
