Camp Laurel, one of New England’s premier co-ed sleep-away camps, is seeking ceramics instructors for our summer program in Maine.

Instructors will lead and assist with projects that teach ceramics skills and promote creativity. Projects range from small scale sculpting (pinch and coil pots, free-form projects) to creating larger pieces on the wheel. Good knowledge of working with clay, sculpting, pottery wheels, glazing and kiln firing is a plus.

Our ceramics studio can accommodate 20 campers, has 5 electric wheels, and 2 Skutt Kilns.

If you or anyone you know may be interested in this type of position, please contact Claire atclaire@camplaurel.com, or call 800-327-3509. To apply online, visit our website at www.camplaurel.com.

I look forward to hearing back from any interested applicants.

    Sincerely,
    Claire Hughey
